How much does shipping work?
All of our orders are handled by UPS and are insured if it anything happens to it.. When we receive an order, please allow up to 2 business days to receive a tracking number for your order. After you made a purchase with us you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. Ensure your address is correct.
Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns, only exchanges. For hygenic purposes, all underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service and we will be happy to guide you through your purchase.
There are no returns or exchanges on purchases of the sale section.
Exchanges of products purchased on full price can be completed within a week of the initial purchase. Items should be returned unused with all product tags and in good condition. Contact us at email@example.com to know how to proceed, according with your exchange and location worldwide.
If you are purchasing a present for someone you love, we can help you pick the right size, cut and even the colour for that special person.
