How do I know which size will fit me best?
The size guide below the product description will help you as general guideline to find the correct size. Our silhouettes vary from slim-fitting to oversized, so each style will have different measurements. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to our Customer Service department. Please include your bust, waist, and high hip/low hip measurements with your note and we’ll help you out.
How can I share my wishlist once I'm done?
Either you have created an account with us or not, you will be able to see the View in Wishlist, click on it and you will see all the items you loved. Click on the share button to send it.
Do you have a "gift" option?
All of our orders are packed in a custom box with a ribbon. If you would like to gift this, we can add a special note or message. For this option, please email us after you made your order and let us know the message.
My order arrived and the fitting is not perfect, what can I do?
Refitting. If you purchased a piece with us and you would like to modify the length or width of a certain area of the garment. We can gladly do that for you with a modest extra amount. This service is only available in Mexico City and adjustments should be taken in our showroom.
Can I order a custom dress for my wedding or special party?
